Who runs this site

The calculator

The numbers you type stay in your browser. They're saved on your device (in your browser's local storage) so they're there next time. There's no account system and we never receive them. To delete them, clear this site's data in your browser.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, ad pixels or tracking scripts. If that ever changes, we'll update this page first and ask for your consent before loading anything.

What third parties see when you visit

Our hosting providers (Cloudflare, and Vercel for the older truck-cpm.vercel.app address) keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to run and protect the site. On the calculator and kit pages, fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google also sees your IP address.

If you join the email list

We only ask for your email address, and only with your consent. We use it to send the free cheat sheet you asked for and a short series of emails about the calculator, the Rate Floor Kit and factoring. Our email provider, MailerLite, stores your address for us and records basic delivery data, like whether an email was opened or a link was clicked. Every email has an unsubscribe link. We keep your address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We never sell or rent it.

If you buy the kit

Lemon Squeezy is our reseller and merchant of record: they run the checkout, take the payment, handle sales tax and send you the files. They collect your payment and billing details under their own privacy policy. We never see your card. We receive your name, email, country and what you bought, so we can deliver it, answer you and process refunds. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Affiliate links

Some links may go to partners, such as factoring companies, that pay us a referral fee. Those links are labeled next to the link. Once you click through, the partner's own site and privacy policy apply, and they may use cookies to know you came from us.

Where your data goes

We operate from Argentina, and our providers store data in the United States and other countries. By using the email list or buying the kit, your data is processed in those places.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the personal data we have about you, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@truckcostpermile.com or reply to any email we sent you. We answer within 10 days. If you think we mishandled your data, you can complain to Argentina's data protection authority (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública) or to the authority where you live.

This site is for trucking businesses and isn't meant for anyone under 16.
